Binlog Research operates in multiple African countries, including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Somalia, Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan, Chad, Rwanda, Djibouti, Burundi, Malawi, Zambia, DRC, Nigeria, and Congo Brazzaville among others.
Although field operations are conducted in these countries, the design and analysis of the work is centralized in Kenya. To maintain the highest standards in their work, Binlog Research provides regular refresher trainings to their in-country teams on all research techniques and procedures.

Additionally, all field staff are required to comply with the current ethics certification (FHI360) standards and are not blacklisted by any authorized research governing bodies, whether local, regional, or international.
